Nexus War Straylight edition
I’ve already reviewed the game nexus war before but this weekend the game has just gone under a complete over hail and I thought it was a good ideal to take a look at the game again.
The basics of the game are the same. It is a post-apoplectic world where you can play as a good, bad or something in-between person (and later something beyond a mere mortal.)
But now the game looks different. The map is bigger (or at least it shows more squares) and if you want you can make the map even bigger still. Some of the action links are now in tabs. In browser pop-ups replaced opening new windows or loading a new page when you click on things to get more info.
The fighting of the game is bit different, instead of clicking on someone and scrolling down to the attack button, you just click on a character’s name and an in browser pop-up comes up and gives you the option to attack (and other actions like heal, give, etc)
Players can get new skills.
And the change that I think adds the most to the game, is the fact that they have add 3 new worlds into the game.
Nimbus- a land made of clouds just above Paradise
The Warrens- then land under Stygia (so it's the place under hell)
Nifleheim - a place that is like the wild west but for the dead
So if you’ve already played Nexus War, but stopped after awhile this is a great time to check the game out again. Because there are so many new things check out in the game.
And don’t worry if you never played Nexus War this is also a good time to check it out because the Starlight upgrade of Nexus War also added features that balance the game out for both new players and those who have been playing for a while.
